30-Day Return Guarantee

We proudly offer a 30-day return policy on all eligible products.

You have 30 calendar days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

If more than 30 days have passed since the delivery date, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange unless required by applicable law.


Free Returns

We offer free returns worldwide for eligible items.

If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for completing your return. Depending on your location, a prepaid return label may be provided or alternative return arrangements may be made.

Please do not return any item without first contacting our support team.


Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item was purchased directly from BabySafeSteps.
  • The return request is submitted within 30 days after delivery.
  • The product is unused or only minimally used.
  • The product is in its original condition.
  • Original packaging is included whenever possible.
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is provided.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products may not be eligible for return if opened or used.

Returns may not be accepted for:

  • Products damaged through misuse
  • Items intentionally modified
  • Products missing essential parts not due to our error
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale or clearance items (if clearly marked)
  • Products returned without authorization

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your package immediately after delivery.

If your order arrives:

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Include:

  • Clear photos or videos showing the problem

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they have entered processing.

If your order has not yet been shipped, you will receive a full refund.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. You may instead request a return after delivery in accordance with this policy.


Refund Process

After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Refunds generally appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider or financial institution.

Shipping fees (if applicable) may not be refundable unless the return is due to our error.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  4. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us.


Exchanges

We replace items only if they are:

  • Defective
  • Damaged during shipping
  • Incorrectly shipped

If you require an exchange, please contact our customer support team with your order information.


Non-Delivery

If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us.

We will investigate the shipment with the carrier.

If the package is confirmed as lost in transit, we will provide either:

  • A replacement shipment, or
  • A full refund

Refused Deliveries

If an order is refused by the recipient without prior authorization or due to reasons not caused by BabySafeSteps, any shipping costs incurred may be deducted from the refund where permitted by law.


Fraud Prevention

To protect our customers and our business, BabySafeSteps reserves the right to refuse refunds or returns in cases involving:

  • Fraudulent claims
  • Abuse of our return policy
  • Excessive return activity
  • Unauthorized chargebacks
