2. Shipping Cost

10. Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately after placing your order.

Address changes may only be possible before the order has entered processing or shipment.

Once an order has been shipped, we may be unable to modify the delivery address.


11. Lost Packages

If your package is confirmed lost during transit by the shipping carrier, BabySafeSteps will, at our discretion:

  • Issue a full refund

Customers may be asked to cooperate during the carrier investigation process.


12. Delayed Deliveries

Although we strive to deliver every order within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, including:

13. Delivered but Not Received

If tracking indicates that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend:

  • Waiting up to 48 hours, as some carriers prematurely mark packages as delivered

14. Refused Deliveries

If a shipment is refused by the customer without prior authorization or due to reasons unrelated to BabySafeSteps, additional shipping or return costs incurred may be deducted from any eligible refund where permitted by law.


15. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives visibly damaged:

  • Take clear photos before opening the package.
  • Photograph the damaged product and packaging.
  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Our team will review the claim promptly and work to provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.


16. Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery cannot be completed because:

  • The recipient is unavailable
  • The address is incorrect
  • The package is unclaimed
  • Local carrier instructions are not followed

the package may be returned to the carrier or disposed of according to local shipping policies.

Additional shipping charges may apply if reshipment is requested.
